Sarah and her sister Assante came to us through Social Services. Their father was a drug addict, was shot and disabled, and is a vagrant living on the streets. Their mother is also a drug addict. The girls were always in dangerous situations being exposed to drugs and also being abused by the men living with their mother. They came to us in June of 2008.
